I cannot find a property

Add the city and state to an address, or county and state to a parcel ID. Vacant land may not have a street address. You can also choose a place on the map. Where connected parcel records are available, select an outline and review the property before researching it. If no boundary returns, ask the seller for the parcel ID and survey, then use the county assessor’s map to identify the record. We will not start a property report until a connected boundary is found and reviewed.

A finding is missing or a check failed

The findings that returned remain available. Open the source link or try the check later. Missing flood or wetland data does not mean the land is clear.

A new check uses a research attempt, even when a source fails. Opening saved findings does not.

The acreage or boundary looks wrong

A sale can include several parcels or a proposed split. Keep the advertised acreage and parcel IDs in Saved, then ask the seller for a survey and legal description. A drawn outline stays separate from the public record.

My location is not working

You can search a city or ZIP and move the map yourself. If you want to use your device location, check location settings.

I need help with downloads or saved work

Open Saved for readable reports and private notes. Account has a separate data backup. If a PDF fails, save your findings, reload and try again, or use the plain-text download.
