What uses an attempt?

Starting or retrying new research uses an attempt, including when a source fails. Finding a boundary and browsing areas do not.

Opening, comparing and exporting existing scored reports are included without using an attempt. If Compare must prepare a missing scored report, that new research uses your allowance and preserves the original findings.

Clear limits, before you join.

50 attempts per UTC calendar month, up to 10 per UTC day and 3 per minute. Daily and monthly resets occur at midnight UTC, which may differ from your billing date. Unused attempts do not roll over.

Source outages, shared limits or excessive requests can pause new research. Saved work and billing remain available. Reports do not refresh automatically.

Cancel when you need to.

Cancel renewal before the next billing date. Research access continues through your paid period, subject to your allowance. Saved findings remain viewable, comparable and downloadable while your account exists. A failed renewal pauses new paid research.

A few things to know.

What if my first month is not working out?

Email hello@landuncovered.com within seven days of your first payment to request a refund. Requests are reviewed individually; approval is not automatic. Cancellation and a refund request are separate actions.

What should I verify before buying land?

Confirm the complete offering, boundary, title, legal access, utilities, allowed uses and site conditions with the appropriate offices and professionals. Reports support early research and do not replace a survey, appraisal, site evaluation or local approvals.

How do I get help?
